Our Power Studio has a direct, collaborative approach to working with other design team members to ensure that all required components are well-integrated into the full MEP picture. Detailed considerations such as coordinating installations in millwork, planning required device locations, and understanding necessary equipment connections are all verified through regular collaboration with the entire team. Engineering designs of the larger systems are developed early and sizing is determined in combination with our mechanical counterparts, making accommodations for early procurement when required. We understand the importance of making sure locations are correct during early design to help with a smoother process throughout, and to support the final function of the users. Internally, our team members collaborate locations for power, technology, and lighting so the complete package is fully coordinated.
