OUR STORY

AE Design was established in 2004 on a foundation of friendship between Principals Jeff Mullikin and Jon Brooks. They’d spent college and their early careers learning exactly what kind of firm they wanted to share: an innovative, positive, and fun place to work, filled with people who are passionate about engineering and design. For the last 20 years, they have maintained steady and strategic growth, building a team of experienced designers, engineers, and support staff to take the firm into the future.

AE Design’s core values guide everything we do, from recruiting new team members, mentoring interns, planning our social events, and developing a new generation of leaders. We’re proud to be part of the Denver AEC community, sponsoring industry organizations and local nonprofits in alignment with our values and our work. AE Design creates a great experience for our clients, staff, and communities every day.
