Our four pillars of social impact are woven into our work, volunteering, and charitable giving. Each employee is given an annual stipend of volunteer time, and our Social Impact Committee makes sure there’s plenty of opportunities to get involved. AE Design is committed to giving back to our communities and to the causes that are

close to our hearts.

    We're always thinking about the end user in our work, and how we can positively impact the community. We donate food and clothing and volunteer with direct services organizations.

    AE Design employees know how lucky they were to have great teachers and mentors. We support local schools and STEM education programs throughout the state to give back!

    We love our furry friends! As specialists in designing state of the art animal care facilities, we especially love getting to meet these end users! We never pass up a chance to volunteer with puppies!
