Setting the Standard

This 1.1 million square foot concrete tilt-up building includes 200,000 square feet of mezzanine and 650,000 square feet of freezer and cooler space – the largest such system in a five-state region. The 116-acre site also allows for the construction of future buildings in the second development phase to house Shamrock's other food services on its new regional campus. The electrical design of this facility included support for complex cooling, heating, and humidity controls for various types of goods, plus support for EV charging and backup generators.
