Heather has been an integral part of AE Design since 2005, witnessing its transformation from a startup into a flourishing mid-size firm. Her passion for numbers and statistics fuels her attention to detail, which enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the Support Services department. With a keen eye for accuracy and a deep understanding of operational dynamics, Heather plays a crucial role in maintaining the company's operational excellence and client satisfaction. In addition to her official role, Heather is active in the DEI committee, the Strategic Leadership Team and loves to help coordinate company events that ensure the culture of AE Design stays true to our roots!
