BRECKENRIDGE GRAND VACATIONS COMMUNITY CENTER AND SUMMIT COUNTY BRANCH LIBRARY
Breckenridge, Colorado

The historic building, having served as a schoolhouse in the past, received a total rehabilitation. Lighting pays tribute to the schoolhouse history while incorporating efficient, modern technology. A full building automation control system was implemented via relay panel, and smaller one-room lighting control systems were used for dimming and scene control of the multipurpose room and theater, all fully integrated with the A/V system for the theater.
